We at Senses Salon are hair color specialists! Joe is a Master hair colorist certified by the “American board of Certified hair colorists” We use the markets highest quality hair color’s for our clients (Goldwell, L’Oreal and Redken). We at Senses take extra precautions to preserve the integrity of your hair.

We continuously seek education to further our knowledge in the latest Hair color products and techniques.

Color is used to accentuate a hair cut along with accentuating facial features. Color adds dimension, texture, movement, shine and body to the hair. We use techniques such as Balayage, Hombre and free hand painting to attain any thing from Natural looking hair color to trendy fashion forward hair color. Hombre color

The word hombre means Shadow. This technique of hair coloring is used in the hair industry to highlight or low light hair. It is usually a progression of hair color going from dark in the crown area of the head to a lighter shade towards the ends. Rules are made to be broken especially in a creative industry, therefore any thing goes! Hombre can be done with fashion colors such as pink or blue etc.

We at Senses are always trying to preserve the integrity of our client’s hair. We have no ammonia products available. These products are a little more costly and take a little more time to process. Examples of these products would be no ammonia hair color and no ammonia lighteners. Please inquire with your stylist about pricing.
